| I don't know what you're doing, but I've had only one corpse issue so far with my character, and I sucked up the exp loss and moved on. I guess I'm lucky. The few times I had to deal with GMs I had a reply within an hour. It would be silly to think any petition should be answered within 5 minutes with all the bugs and all the people playing.
I guess we have a different view on what the responsibilities of GMs really are. In a perfect world I guess all your problems would be fixed by GMs within 20 minutes of petitioning. I however understand what the state of the game is and accept it. I knew what I was getting into. I knew that when I signed up I would lose a butt load of exp due to glitches. Does that make it right? No. Should a game function like this in a perfect world? No. But I know what I signed up for so I have no reason to complain about it.
I'm not sure what you expected.
