We all know they couldn't stay in BETA longer. Yes they should of corrected these bugs sooner. You know that when you bought the game, to say otherwise is just ignorant. Yes i knew it would be buggy, I did not know It would not have customer service. GM's were always fast and couteous in beta. Why did this chnage in live? What would make me assume it would be different in live?
With that said, I rather them higher 10 more debuggers and devs to clean said bugs up then higher 10 more GMs to listen to people whine about how they lost their corpse somewhere and can't get it back, when all they have to do is go to an altar and summon it. And lose the experience which gets old when it happens again and again. I would rather them hire 10 of both. Their money issues are not my concern. Offshore customer service is cheap as fuck. As our guide programs, hell eq had people summoning my corpse and ressing me for free. Volunteer programs FTW

I guess we both disagree on what their business approach should be. This is the funnest game I have played in years. I am having a great time, really the only negative thing I can say is their customer service sucks badly. I am sorry if you cannot accept my opinion or hear someone bash your beloved VG. But i love it also and am paying them good money for a product. I do expect certain customer service as I do with any product I purchase.
