huh? debugging is done in beta and on test servers. Becuase they did not do this and went live in such a buggy state they KNEW they would need a shitload of GM's and not having them is not acceptable to me.
I have died at least 6-7 times now due to simply zoning and popping into the next zone floating in the sky dead with an unretrievable tombstone and got no customer service any time, twice I was told by a gm hat they do not help with bug issues or give back exp lost to bugs. If there was any one reason that would make me quit at this point that would be it. Yes it would be nice in a perfect world to just have all the bugs gone, but that will never happen in any game.
Customer Service is everything especially this early in a game. I have never waited as long in any game as I have for petitions in ths game (12 hours being highest, 6 hours being lowest) only to be told basically to fuck off and not bother them. There is nothing more important that corpse and death bugs, who gives a shit if timmy is bitching about gays or race or religion. That is what /ignore is for. There is no slash command to get back my body witht the experience I lost do to in game bugs.
Saying that it is ok to not have CS service as they cannot afford it when you have no idea whatsoever what they can and cannot or saying it is ok to skimp on CS to hire more programmers is not acceptable to me or the group I play with at all.
Unfortunately I started playing with 6 people, I havent seen them in 4 days now. It has just been me soloing and the reason is Customer Service, Each and every one of us has had bad experiences.
