As for the customer service :

Emilia Flammehammer 4h without a corpse
(i had said in the petition low priority all my gear is soulbound)
So far no reason to complain for the customer Service.
I'm having more fun than i ever had in Mc WoW.
But class balance + bugs = WAY TOO MANY....
Still improves every day.
