"Rthen if anyone in my old guild would've ninja'ed something my guild leader would've taken action. That "This will be discussed on the Guild Message board" stuff is a bunch of crap."


Consider this:

1. No one in my guild was present in KC (besides the member in question) at the time fo the supposed "Ninja".
2. When the GM alerted me to the petition I was told there was no evidence the item was "ninjaed".
3. Some members fromt he other guild indicated it was not ninjaed just not communicated well between their guild memebrs and their guidl leader.
4. Some players that were present (but in a 3rd guild not involved) indicated that Scartak was at the time a recruit of the guild in question. Therefore he was plannign to leave my guild anyways.

As for Scartak he denied it was a ninja.

After some research I decided that:

1. Scartak Ninjaed the item

or more likely:

2. Scartak was an ebayed account, the owner owned another account int he guild in question and set this incident up to epic his e-bayed monk. I feel that the GL of the guild in question had knowledge of this.

When I see no clear consencus I take my time especially when half the server decided to immediatly start flammign me like 3 year olds fighting over ice cream.


"I know when my Selos Drums of The March got Ninja looted I was fuckin pissed and I petitoned the GM's and I talked to the guys guild and boy was his guild leader pissed. They disbanded the fool and I got my drums back. I also have reason to belive that the GM's took action against him as well. I fucking hate ninja looters."

Without proof its hard to make decisions wihtout compromising your integrity. Seems to me most people don't give a fuck abotu integrity.

If the community posted the facts and did not flamge the shit out of me, train me, ks my camps, and make my life hell I would have removed Scartak that day for the incident. I could not prove the incident but raiding with another guild was at the time not allowed without speaking to me first. he broke that rule and should have been removed for that.

I did not remove him for that because i did not appreciate the harrassment. I had spent over a year of time before that working on my enchanter on another server. I was not a noob to the game and all that was goign on stunk of a setup/extortion attempt by some petty 3rd rate asshole.
