minus the proc? uh, seems to me an item described like that should be dropping in The Deep or Plane of Nightmare.
Why even put weapons in the elemental planes if they are far worse then a Ssra mob drop that requires 0 skill to kill? To even admit elemental plane weapons are worse dps (add in that proc damage and you have a HUGE dps gap) then something dropping pre-PoP shows how out of touch these item creaters are with their own game. Way to go VI!
