i used to live in alexandria and there was a ton of crimes in our neighborhood (lived off van dorn st).
now i live in oakton and in the past 15 years only had one car in our neighborhood broken into. well that and a old guy from a retirement home ran through our neighborhood naked, but that wasnt really a crime.
