As a Subtelty specc'd rogue who played a good bit on PTRs, I feared no one 1v1. My gear was Tier 2 with CTS and anub warhammer, nothing special. I'm not talking about with all my cooldowns and blowing four or five. Cloak of Shadows is amazing and to think it will be trainable at 66 it just hot. Having it reduced to a one minute cooldown as well is amazing. Very, very, very rarely would I use CloS, Prep, CloS all in 10 seconds. The change is only of concern to arenas really.

Cloak of Shadows is amazing vs almost anyone, but was amazing against warlocks. If you simply tried to predict a deathcoil/imp howl or terror at the end of a cheap shot->KS, you were pretty much safe. Removing all DoTs instantly is also a huge thing to have as a rogue.

I could see pretty much every other class having huge problems with warlocks, DoT spamming can lead to a very large amount of damge over multiple targets quickly.

EDIT: Arenas are great for sub. spec'd rogues clearly, but I enjoyed BGs more. Throw in team roosters and I would have been more inclined to do these rather than BGs.
