Generally speaking the mass populous decrees that
Overpowered:
Priest
Hunter
Warlock
Balanced:
Mage
Druid
Rogue
Paladin
Underpowered:
Shaman (everything but resto)
Warrior (Rage nerf)
As I said, it's all arbitrary and a new flavor of the month could pop up at any time.
But right now I'd say that hunters and warlocks are the current leaders of those who bitch about them.
