| Try to get in a small corp of a large alliance, aim for the small corps, those will recruit anyone who has a fairly clean employement history. Usually the biggest corp of large alliance are uber-like, but you don't need to be part of them to pvp with them, if you're in the same alliance you'll be able to join their op. |
