I think the intel is pretty good if by 0.0 powers you are not talking about the odd industrial now and then and NPCers =)

If you say powers you usually talk about major alliances and i am pretty sure that SNIGG does NOT target any of those who defend themselves (i am not considering ISS for example as a 0.0 "power" btw )

If you are actually doing it still and i haven't heard of it then it was WELL CONCEALED and i would love it if someone could point me to that area, because i am sure there is a lot of fun to be had.
