As usual, your mileage may vary. Tanks replace their T3 easily, DPS classes replace gear as well, healer classes is more of an iffy proposition. But the Pauldrons of the Solace Giver, Masquerade Gown, Cincture of Will, Pantaloons of Repentance (with 3 Royal Nightseye socketed) are all good upgrades, depending on how much of T3 bonus you're sacrificing.
For a priest, there's no T3 upgrades prior to Karazhan, though, unlike a lot of other classes. Even the heroic dungeon stuff doesn't look appealing so far.
