My personal recommendation would be 3xDominix. Less than 100m rules out tier 2 battleships, HACs, and the command battlecruisers, so you don't have to worry about Ravens, and unlike most other battleships you can actually deal with small stuff effectively.

No, Heavy Assault Missiles and Heavy Missiles are completely different weapon systems.
