I'd expand that a little and same that lowsec is more dangerous than 0.0 in general...mainly because the bottomfeeding version of pirates tend to die quite a bit in corpspace.
Edit: So, what's everyone's plans for when the servers are up and stable in a few days time? Me, I'm buying & outfitting a Harbinger.
