Brad has stated that his target audience is EQ1 veterans and WOW players looking for a more in depth and complex game. To me that's niche, but regardless it's very interesting to see the game change directions so suddenly and so often over the past couple of years.
I agree with the assessment that in 2 months the game will be nothing like it is now.
