| I've listened to about half a dozen books in the past month, and they have all been read by the authors. I enjoy hearing the intonations of the authors, because it feels like I'm getting something I wouldn't in print. Listening to Sarah Vowell in Assassination Vacation was especially awesome.
I'm sure that eventually I'll come upon a book read by some dude who doesn't really understand the context and it's going to be shit. |
