Song is called Temoine (Farmakit Extended Remix) from the CD "Soft Breeze & Tsunami Breaks". Has a bunch of remixes (I like Todosim myself) of Ekova's older work. Ekova is a Paris based group but the singer is an american vocalist by the name of Dierdre Dubois.
It's also track 7 of the "Center of the World" Soundtrack.
