Well Photoshop is fairly expensive if you want to buy the full version Photoshop CS2, then thats $600. There's a cut down version called Photoshop Elements - don't know how cut down it is for $100.

There's a 30 day trial of CS2 you can get, when I installed the trial it also installed something called Image Ready which is severly limited (and targetted at getting graphics web ready) but didn't seem to expire.

Personally, I think $600 is way to much to pay for software for home / putzing around use. If I used it for my work, and I have in the past then I would & have bought a license. But for home use, no.

If you google around you can find a keygen, scan for viruses/spyware first then make a free key before installing the trial. If you ever start using it to make money for yourself or someone else then pony up and buy it.
