Perception is a feature in this game! This means you aren't supposed to see these mobs, because they are supposed to attack you while you are unaware. This is what alarms me. If perception is used to have players actually "see" mobs to begin with, it's going to be a pretty empty world. Maybe someone can explain this further, but getting ganked by invisible mobs because my perception is too low as a newbie doesn't sound too appealing. Does this cap per mob level as it should? Meaning, a level 4 mob will have a cap of level 3 perception?
