The servers they've launched on it are down just as often as the ones on ancient hardware.
There are hardly any realms with any performance issues anymore. And the blame is to lay with Blizzard's Vendors who can't create Blade Servers fast enough iirc.

And with the level cap increase these differences will become more and more apparent.
With a few exceptions (Hunter and Warlock Longevity for DPS, Warriors scaling TOO well with gear) class balance for the most part is fine, espescially with the advent of Horde Paladins and Alliance Shamans.

While it's not really a selling point for any online game, you could certainly strive for mediocrity here instead of being the bottom of the fucking barrel below EQ even.
Are you just grasping for straws here? Yeah the canned responses suck ass, but let me tell you from a CS stand point - 2 million people is *incredibly* hard to deal with, espescially with something that has as many issues as an MMO does. When I wanted to swap my Eye of the Beast out, they did it within 2 days. When I wanted to swap my ZHC for a ZHB, they did it within 12 hours. Every issue i've ever petitioned, or my guild has petitioned for has been answered. Granted it was answered with a legalese scripted response, but what do you want? Hand crafted letters of love from each and every GM on the CS Staff?

Also, the realization that the ranking and honor system are fucked up and retarded is only about a year too late. Maybe they should have thought about it before they put in the hopeless and obviously flawed system from the start? A bit of foresight would help, but it's hard to look forward with your head up your ass.
It wasn't flawed "from the start". Good idea, bad execution. They just need to sit down, and play more DAOC to figure out what really makes "World PVP" work.

No dev has any foresight, its impossible. You *cannot* predict how players will use any given mechanic within a game, or you are just setting yourself up for failure. They realize the mechanic is broken, they make strides to fix it. Yes the response time to the issue could be alot faster, but it really doesn't affect me all that much. I got Rank 10 before, I'm probably going to go to 13 with this new system, and still be able to raid full time. It isn't *that* hard, so quit yer bitchin.

Uh the raid size has nothing to do with casuals. But hey, neat conjecture point. The raid size change is to allow hybridization to actually work, vs. the rigid conformity we have atm of 40 man raids. They are working a great deal towards this, and I really think the 25man raid cap will be better overall.

I really can't see any game holding a candle to WoW's PVE raiding for years to come. Period. Nothing will be nearly as complex, yet so simple at the same time, and Tigole and co. really have their shit screwed on straight. They're making strides towards fixing the holes within the game - Casual content and pvp, and I don't doubt that Burning Crusade will be the fix for most of these issues. But only time will tell.
