umm...so it makes melee classes immune to casters? Right...
Too many mage effects depend on the target being dazed, name a pve mob in an endgame instance that can be dazed. Not to mention all the kiting abilities they get. Cheaper blink, instant cast 50% slow, faster recast cone of cold, 3 second fire version of cone of cold.
