What I did see what all the buildings remind me of Katta Castellum (sp?) from Luclin. Like, they're old - they're supposed to look old, but there's no signs of age. I can't even get any sense of atmosphere out of the screenshots, but omg yes it's in beta so we can't criticise.
From the screenshots alone I can tell it's gonna be an "ugrade2play!" game, and it'll still look shit. I can't really understand why games like Guild Wars which can be run on a $300 computer look really nice (sans overuse of bloom), but the mmorpgs which ask for a beast of a video card always *always* look like shit. |
