New Avengers 17-20(right up to Civil War) deal with the explosion=) Or if you just want it spoiled....
All the mutant powers that Scarlet Witch got rid of had to go somewhere. A mutant in Alaska who absorbs others powers somehow attracted all of them to him from...uhh...space I guess, and absorbed the powers of *every* mutant who lost them. He basically procedes to murder Alpha Flight and anything else in his way for awhile. Think he ended up in Genosha where he finally got himself under control.
