Ya I do go to UCSB. My girlfriend was just down at Brooks (or at least some old creepy warehouse they use) as a clothes model.
IV definitely doesn't disappoint. This pic is from last year's halloween, and it's not even that good. You can see a couple "good" costumes, but just remember that this is one corner of a long ass street that is completely filled with people. It's slightly less fun the past few years since IV's reputation really blew up and the police put up flood lights (hence all the light even though it's like 11:30).
