parchements(dragons spawn, loot drops etc. etc.) drop left and right, and a few which are ahead farm it all over, then they nerf it till couldnt be worse and the rest of the players are fooked hard.
dont tell me they didnt nerf parchement drops like they nerfed loot in karnor, spells in sebilis and dragon respawns in velious.
