I'm kind of dissapointed that WoW will break the standard of forcing unequipped players to gear up in previous content's instances in order to progress in current content's instances. It appears that they're changing the way iLVL works in order to give everyone a 'clean' slate at level 70.
While Eyonix does usually end up being correct, I am tempted to say that he is incorrect in this instance. This raises several questions about TBC, one of which is how long will it take the T3 equipped people to level to 70. The longer it takes, the more likely they will shed their T3 gear before maxing out.
In any event, I am looking forward to unmystifying TBC's content in beta.
