BTW, the progression thread already is 7th of April. THAT is already more than 90 days ago.
and it was created by a level 60, so let's assume at least 2 weeks more.
so your example is pretty nil
(shittiest format for a prog thread ever btw)
The prog thread of the server I linked is from May 2nd and from a level 38 (one of the highest levels there, lets say one week passed)
BTW, That server has Generals TODAY, so a server that is 6 weeks older than that and doesn'T have Warlords fucking sucks at PVP |
Err...
The progression thread was created on 07/04/06. That's July. It's not using the non-US dating mechanism.
I started on the server a week after it came up. It's less then 90 days old. Not gonna flame ya since it was an honest mistake.
The Alliance guild is from another server, less sure about the Horde one. I don't think they are.
Both guilds had to recruit massively. As in, MT had a core of guys (the Alliance one), maybe 10-30, but they recruited what seemed like everyone and their mother at one point. Again, more sketchy on the Horde one, Hate Plow, but I think they did the same thing.
Several NEW guilds on Alliance have already downed Rags and are on Vael as well.
I think what it shows is when you have a core of 10-20 (same as a pvp group basically), you can easily outpace any PvP group in the acquisition of gear. PvE is easier to gear up in and you can gear more people up in it.
Personally? I HATE how fast this server is moving. A friend on Blackwing Lair says the progression is a helluva lot slower there, so I think it's just that Altar of Storms has a lot more motivation.
