Anarchy online is probably my favorite mmorpg ever. I played at launch and it was horrible, but after picking it up two years ago I loved it (quit due to time constraints though). The armor system makes perfect sense. If you have any brains you can twink your character pretty well. It has probably the deepest amount of customization of any game (along w/ eve). If you are an idiot you can gimp yourself. You aren't necessarily pigeon holed into one role. MA for example can do sick dmg, tank a bit, and primary heal or back up heal depending upon who is tanking for pick up groups. The best part is i found the community to be much better than most other games, but that might just be my experience. I am probably one of the minority but I really like this game.
