| I agree. Using terms such as this, and being well done, is extremely rare. The CMs on the WoW forums used to try to make their posts sound in character, but alas, they're dealing with the mental midgets whom only care about having a "1st!!!" on any post that has any sort of blue colored text in it.
Call me crazy, but something like the OP here wouldn't make me mind (as much) as long as they were allowing some sort of story forwarding in the game. I can't say that I've played EVE, but these guys know how to make even a non-subscriber think "I wonder what they're really talking about. Maybe I'll give it a go..." |
