| I am assuming you are talking about HotW? If you have HotW you get 20% more stamina in bear form. When you shift into bear form you get +bonus hps from bear form then you get +20% stamina, but no hps from the stamina, it just raises your max hp. It used to heal you the 20% stamina hps as well as the auto hp increase from bear, but along with rune of metamorphosis for 20 seconds you got 2k heals for 0 mana at instant cast speed, making over powered flag runners.
Not sure if thats what you are talking about, but I remember when they fixed hotw and this sounds like that. |
