from what i can read its basically a copy of EVE with few more features like planet landing or the ability to hire NPC to controll your ships and hunt with you
graphically its amazing (
check this video) but other than that, if EVE introduce the same features they will be almost twin games

EDIT - hmm, im reading the FAQ. this sounds intresting:
