I'm pretty positive, I've been everywhere since purchasing KoS and haven't had one update in the old zones.
And Edit: It's also a real pain in the ass mentoring down and hunting in the old zones for AA exp (named, whatever). There are three reasons why implementing the AA exp at level 20 (I believe) is a stupid fucking idea and why it would be better to have it set at 50 (initially; it's far past the point of no return now):
1. You cannot redo level 20 quests at 50 even if mentoring.
2. You have to mentor to kill named mobs at 50-60.
3. You have no way of telling what you have or have not killed / quested (for achievement xp, since there's no difference notation in the "completed" quest information box).
Sometimes I want to take the person who ultimately decides on implementing things like this and shake them by their greasy fucking necks until their eyes pop.
