| I like eq2 quite a bit. One thing I'll say about it however is that it's such an undocumented hodgepodge. Spoiler sites or official documentation it really makes no difference. They all sorta suck. It's the sort of game you really have to learn through experience with. It'll burn you like that at times. Stuff like that AA explore xp crap, stuff like the mid level tradeskill only sekrit sauce abilities. I'm sure there's plenty more than that.
I don't know if it was intentional or not. It does manage to capture -some- of the online ambience of eq1 because of it. I can't say that it's nessicarily a good feature, but it really is sort of endearing. |
