www.anime-xplosion.com has Hellsing the TV series subbed... there are plenty of other subs out there but these are the two that have active torrents
EDIT: the ova part two is coming out in auguest... they pushed it 4 months back or something... hopefully the OVA is successful because that might help them launch a new tv series that is not total crap
