| I think that's still one of EQ2's biggest downfalls; it's almost impossible to gimp yourself, or stand out of the crowd. When I played the game, no matter what armor I equipped, as long as it was level appropriate then the stats of the item didn't make that much of a difference. Obviously you'd try and get items with the best stats, but in the end your effectiveness wasn't improved so dramatically that it was even worth going the distance to get that awesome rare drop. |
