| they have to cap it to a certain extent, because if they all of a sudden get way too many people the server just wouldn't be playable. And they don't want to have another tallon/vallon zek situation where the server was crazy busy so they made a second one...then like a week later everyone realized it sucked and left and you ended up with two low pop servers |
