That would be far too clever for what the author had in mind. Oh wait, but we're forgetting the riddle that came with the cryptex. "seek the orb that should be on the tomb of 'a knight a pope interred.'" See? It's brilliant. I'm sure I wasn't the only person in the theatre who felt owned when they found out the answer is apple. I felt that the theatre had just swindled me out of some money.
