Just glancing at those numbers, they look to be about ilvl 66 or so -- the rough equivalent of tier 1 loot in MC. So anyone who can spend the time to grind to exalted in WSG can get some tier 1 equivalent gear, narrowing (but far from closing) the massive gap between raiders and non-raiders in PVP. Doesn't seem game breaking to me.
