There are a couple. Baise-moi, Romance X, Ken Park are good exemples
You can add "Salo, or The 120 Days of Sodom", and "The Idiots" from Lars von Triers , which are both excellent movies imo.
I wouldn't put Irreversible in there (the one with Monica Belluci), because you do not acctualy see a penetration in the movie.
