I am proud to be a prot warrior but damn, for the love of god 1.12 better come through with prot love. And they nerfed Tubers and NDs again? It wasn't enough they reduced the number you get each time you picked one but now they are increasing the cooldown? Wow was that stuff really that game breaking? Wait they did list a reason didn't they.
We have re-evaluated the mechanics of consumable items in the game and concluded that these should work in a more intuitive manner.
