| I have never bought anything, but I did sell my Wow characters. I used to care about people selling items and gold, but I just realized there is nothing that can stop it, and really, if somebody wants to spend real money for fictional money why not let them. Making it a bannable offense only allows the bad people like IGE to make a killing.
Personally I think the exchange servers that SOE have is awesome. It splits the people that want the option to buy gold and items from those that don't. It also means that IGE can't have a monopoly over those that want to purchase gold and thus the price can drop down to a point where it is not profitable for farmers to run rampant. |
