| In theory I would agree with Makata's point. In a competitive game, the rules of the game should determine success. If the success is obtain through time, then so be it, through skill, so be it, through real life money, then so be it. As long as this is clear and well designed: fine with me.
In practice, it is fine with me as soon as the implementation is good. When it is not, I stop caring and play the game by my own rules. |
