The music or the "vocal music" of rap is too repetitive, similar, and overall boring for me to get into. Bump-bump-chic-bump-bump-chic......boooring.
And lyricists who force themselves to rhyme also limit themselves in content and quality.
Just my opinion, I've got nothing against it, other than the fact that it needs to be blasted in my ear everytime I stop at a red light.
