| Actually, if you look at TF in particular, probably the most desired legendary item, the stats are shit. The proc makes that weapon. I doubt you could come up with a caster version of that weapon which functioned in a similar support+proc damage manner and was still desirable.
Maybe they could, it would just take some real effort in item development. I think the look of the staff is kind of cool, super powerful staff just looks like a stick. Plus the actual lore behind the staff makes it awesome. We all know who Medihv is, but who the fuck is Thunderaan? |
