| They really need to add paladins and shamans to both sides at some point. One video, might be the same one I didn't watch, the media guy asked him if they'd do that and he basically said 'we're aware of the issue people have in PvE and PvP with the classes, but uh no comment as to what we're doing about it.'
Giving both sides the class will be like introducing a new class, but much easier for balancing purposes. At some point, any MMO vet will be looking for a new class to be added like most any other MMORPG did with expansions. I would rather they avoided that, as it's always hard to balance them without stepping on existing class roles. But, by giving both sides a class that already exists, it'd be orders of magnitude easier to balance content then an entirely new class. Plus, it'd feellike a new class if you aren't an alt freak. |
