I can think of some games that meet some of those qualities, but not to the standards you expect ;p

Like that weird bounty hunter game. You can fly a ship, you can get out of the ship and do stuff on foot...but the flight mechanics suck, the foot action sucks, the graphics are mediocre, and the story is ghey!
