This write-up is a true testament to why I will be getting a PS3. I remember Nintendo talking about how graphics aren't important anymore, and gameplay is king. That may be true; however, it just isn't about graphics on the PS3. It's about the general realism of the experience: people reacting to what you do, interactions with the environment, realistic shadows, and fluid animations all at HD resolutions will enhance immersion and bring it to the next level. From this write-up, I can only imagine the level of detail possible in MGS4. I think the sky is the limit with the PS3. Many of the games all ready look and feel beautiful, and the system hasn't been released yet. Four years after the release, companies will still see new ways to effectively utilize all the cores on the cell processor.
