He's currently in (or was! zing!) beta and is commenting on how it is now, 9 months into beta.

And who's to say he wasn't actually testing? Did you watch him? Why is it always the assumption that anyone who's unhappy is only unhappy because they didn't get leet spoilerz? Maybe he was just unhappy? Couldn't be!
