Despite SoE's customer service being useless trash, credit is due on their stability the past several years. Perhaps Blizzard would be just the same if it wasn't bogged down by millions. We'll likely never know. Eitherway, speaking for myself, this has no bearing on whether I play (and stay) in Vanguard or not.
One must wonder though how long a deal like this has been brewing? It certainly can't be a overnight thing, months? |
