Last I checked, when a mob was snared, it could still hit you.
Of course if your dumb enough to cast snare and stand there
and let it beat ya, you deserve it.
So snare has ZERO effect on a mobs ability to hit you.
Of course if you just so happen to put some distance between
you and the mob, it's then you'll not get hit.
Using your logic, you could say that a ranger who melee's
a mob down, root's it, backs off, heals himself, then engages in
melee again ... is a exploit? Right.
Afterall, doesn't that technique negate a mobs effectiveness?
